Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide legal support to the Senior Legal Counsels of the team: draft contracts related to asset financings and general legal documents (NDAs etc.), corporate authorities,
- Corporate Financing Contracts: Offer legal support in drafting contracts for corporate financing, including revolving credit facilities, bond issuance, securitization, and reverse factoring.
- Negotiation and Liaison: participate to the negotiation of legal terms with external parties and coordinate effectively with external advisers to secure financings.
- Procedural Implementation: Develop and implement procedures to streamline the team’s daily activities, such as expense tracking, bank account opening, KYC processes, and archiving system updates.
