  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must have an understanding of diamonds and gemstones.
  • Must have a good understanding of the 4Cs of diamond quality.
  • Must have an outgoing personality with a proactive attitude towards the business.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • A high level of initiative and tenacity in addition to sales drive.
  • A proven track record of retail sales experience within either premium jewellery or high-end luxury goods

Responsibilities:

As our Sales Manager, you will be required to:

  • Lead by example to ensure outstanding customer engagement and service.
  • Consult one on one with clients.
  • Educate clients on the different characteristics of diamonds and precious gemstones including the 4 C’s.
  • Review and analyse store performance regularly, sharing insights and strategies for improvement with the team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
  • Drive team performance with clear coaching and actionable feedback on sales, service, and operations.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Opportunity to lead and grow a team of motivated sales professionals in a premium boutique setting.
