Fineos Business Analyst

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into user stories and system requirements.
• Familiarity with the FINEOS platform is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with end users to gain a thorough understanding of the business processes and workflows that the FINEOS system will support.
• Develop document and prioritize user stories for the FINEOS implementation backlog based on user requirements and business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and clarify business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for system configuration and development.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that user stories are accurately implemented in the FINEOS platform.
• Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure that the implemented features meet the defined requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize system adoption and utilization.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes user stories and project progress.
