Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join their team in North Dublin. The Finishing Foreperson will be responsible for managing health and safety on site, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality and efficiency in unit handover. Key responsibilities include continuous site inspections, resolving issues, coordinating snagging, and meeting testing and commissioning deadlines.
The role also involves ensuring that handovers are conducted smoothly and that aftercare issues are addressed promptly, with a focus on delivering best-in-class customer service. You will work closely with the Site Administrator, Completions Coordinator, and Sales Team to provide regular updates on progress.
