Description:
Do you have extensive experience in Stata or R? Are you familiar with Finnish register data or other health data? Are you a team player with strong analytical and communication skills who is looking to work as a consultant?
Quantify is growing rapidly and we are now looking for a Finnish speaking Senior Research Analyst with at least 2 years of relevant experience in data management or statistical programming to join our Real-world Evidence & Analytics team. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Postgraduate degree (MSc, PhD) in statistics, biostatistics, economics, data science, epidemiology, engineering, mathematical modelling or another quantitative discipline
- At least 2+ years of relevant work experience at a pharmaceutical company, consultancy, government agency or university
- Extensive experience of data management and statistical analysis using Stata or R
- Experience from working with Nordic health care registers or other large health databases
- Experienced in writing statistical analysis plans, study protocols, study reports
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Finnish is mandatory
- Hard working, driven and curious
- Strong analytical skills combined with an independent, solution oriented “hands-on” mentality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Well-developed critical skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience of register-based cancer research or pharmacoepidemiology is a merit
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Research Analyst you will be part of a diverse team responsible for design and execution of various projects within Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). Examples of day-to-day activities include:
- Investigate different sources for health data and its quality
- Develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans
- Apply for real-world data and communicate with data holders
- Develop code for data management and analysis in R or Stata
- Perform quality control of statistical code and output
- Prepare study reports and academic publications
- Presentations to internal or external teams
- Support and preparation for client meetings and sales related activities
You will be supported by experienced team members who will help guide your work. You may interact with other teams specialized in other areas of health economics and outcomes research.
