Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Are you passionate about driving successful digital campaigns and optimizing traffic performance across multiple platforms. We are seeking a Finnish and Swedish speaking Traffic & Digital Campaigns Manager - Nordics to join our team in Stockholm HQ.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you’ll manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns and ensure efficient traffic across multiple platforms in the Nordic markets – with focus on Sweden and Finland. You’ll be the go-to expert for campaign execution, data-driven insights, and cross-team collaboration to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
The role is a full-time position based in the Mediaplanet headquarter in Stockholm. You are expected to work from the office at least 4 days per week. You will report to the Global Head of Digital at Mediaplanet Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Traffic Management: Oversee the trafficking process to ensure all ads are accurately placed and optimized for performance, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics, using data to make proactive adjustments and drive campaign success.
  • Web editing: Uploading and editing content on the Mediaplanet owned platforms through the CMS.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, account management, and partner platforms to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform guidelines, industry standards, and deliver the highest level of quality.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
