Responsibilities:

First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
As a FinOps Process and Integration Team Lead, you’ll report to the Finance Operation Manager and you will take on a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our financial processes, with a significant focus on mergers and acquisitions integrations. Your expertise as a domain specialist involves interpreting intricate business requirements, transforming them into comprehensive process blueprints.
By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and align financial operations with organizational objectives, demonstrating efficiency gains and tangible outcomes. As a team leader, you will guide and manage team members inherited from acquisitions, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure their successful integration into our financial operations.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen to make a significant impact through innovative financial management.
