Job Description
The Fintech BFSI Presales Manager is responsible for managing the presales process within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with the company’s offerings. The Presales Manager will leverage their technical expertise and industry knowledge to support sales initiatives and drive business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a presales or sales support role within the fintech or BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance industry processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency with fintech solutions, software applications, and related technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales efforts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Certifications related to fintech, banking, or finance.
  • Experience in project management or business analysis.
