WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
BDC is seeking a strategic Technical Development Manager, for one of our Portfolio Companies who will manage the staff, resources, and processes required to implement the vision and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products, focusing on the development, monitoring and management of products already in production. An individual who has a strong background in the technology fields of banking
Responsibilities:
- Manage the architecture and design of new and existing products.
- Manage the development and maintenance of new products and services.
- Hire and manage internal and external development teams.
- Exercises technical leadership for the cross functional team by planning, organizing, scheduling, coordinating the work of others.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales and development to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the organizations financial goals.
- Support client demonstrations and initial product installations
- Project Management, manage lifecycle of new and existing products through completion and launch.
- Manage Application Testing, Implementation and support for Operational Readiness
- Support a Devops production cloud environment
