Team Overview:
Being part of the Strategy and Planning team, you will have the unique opportunity to understand and analyze business models of fintech and banking players. In this role, you will conduct detailed market research of financial services and work with a global team. Your projects will help DiDi Fintech leaders to make informed business decisions. Be ready to contribute in a very exciting, fast changing and challenging industry!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for delivering industry research to discover opportunities that expand our impact
  • Studying industry players to understand their competitive advantages
  • Tracking industry and player metrics by analyzing data and promotions/campaigns
  • Identifying and analyzing industry trends and news in Mexico
  • Supporting business presentations

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree currently enrolled in Finance, Management, Business Administration or other related fields
  • 1-2 years before graduation
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and highlight key insights
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferred industry experience in fintech or banking
  • Medium-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Interest in collaborating with a multicultural team
  • Disponibility of 6 hours a day with flexible working hours
