Position: Multifamily Residential Construction Electrician - Lead Hand

Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications:

  • 2 years minimum Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential construction
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Proven track record in leading professional tradespeople
  • Experience in Fire Protection VI an asset

  • Shipping and receiving experience.
  • Proficient at Construction Blue Print reading.
  • Journeyman Electrical Ticket
  • 2 Year Min. In leadership of a team.
  • First Aid Certification
