Are you passionate about employee safety? Do you have knowledge and experience within fire safety and a wish to set direction for Novo Nordisk globally on how to prevent serious safety incidents? Are you a team player with strong communication skills? If so, then you might be the new Fire Safety Consultant we are looking for in Novo Nordisk Health & Safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Master’s degree as Fire Safety Engineer or similar.
• 2+ years of relevant experience within fire safety, preferably from a large, global company and/or from the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• Experience in performing project design reviews
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English language, written and spoken.

As a person, you are structured and able to take ownership of a task from planning to execution and follow-up, but you also enjoy working in teams towards a common goal. You can communicate complex issues in a simple way, no matter if the target group is senior management or shopfloor employees. You are outgoing and build good relations with colleagues and stakeholders.
