Description:
We’re developing and maintaining the firmware of our next generation BLE smart devices (including routers, beacons and scanners) based on the newest hardware architectures. You’ll leverage your expertise in C/C++ programming and communication protocols (BLE) to design, implement, and test the specified functionality.
Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable Bluetooth firmware using C/C++ programming language.
- Implement industry-standard Bluetooth protocols (e.g., BLE) for communication and data exchange.
- Integrate Bluetooth functionality with other hardware and software components.
- Develop and implement unit and integration tests to ensure the functionality and performance of Bluetooth features.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of Bluetooth firmware with the overall system.
- Analyse and debug Bluetooth-related issues reported during testing or in the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience developing Bluetooth firmware for embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and programming principles.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming language and experience with embedded development tools and debuggers.
- Experience with Bluetooth development tools (e.g., Bluetooth Low Energy stack, protocol analysers).
- Excellent problem-solving with strong communication & analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
