Description:
Band 7(Consideration will be given for a Band 6 Developmental post for any Band 6 staff who do not yet have sufficient skills to work at Band 7 level)
We have an opportunity for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist who is motivated, forward thinking and dynamic physiotherapist to join the FCP team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
We are looking to expand our current FCP provision in Primary Care Networks throughout the Bradford area
The post holder will be based both in Primary care and therapy outpatient setting as part of the FCP team you will be delivering frontline expert screening, assessment and management of Musculoskeletal conditions to ensure patients are supported to self-manage or receive support from the most appropriate clinical pathway. Governance time is provided for service development, audit and case discussion.
You will also work within the out-patient physiotherapy team supporting clinical supervision, clinical reasoning and training support for Band 5/6 staff and Students as well as promoting the role of the FCP.
You will be supported by a team of established FCPs, APPs in MSK, MSK Therapy co-ordinators, GPwER MSK and GPs. The successful applicant will be given support and training to meet development needs both in the Primary care and secondary care setting which will include support through the FCP pathway

Candidates must have a Physiotherapy Degree and have HCPC registration.
They should also have extensive post graduate musculoskeletal experience and additional training preferably to MSC level or equivalent.
A British driving license is essential, as is access to a car (reasonable adjustments will be considered)
