Shift patterns: Any 5 out of 7 days , 2 week rotational rota (2 weeks of AM and 2 weeks of PM)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a First line manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

• Effective team management including planning, managing and adjusting staffing levels to meet operational requirement
• To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence
• To assist with the new automation transfortmation on site by preparing the team with training and on going support with the new systems in place.
• Work in collaboration with other departments and DHL sites to maximise efficiencies and best practice
