1st Line Support Engineer ServiceDelivery
The Service Delivery team are one of our fastestgrowing teams, and were looking for a new 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join them. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices andreporting into our Head ofService Delivery, you will be involved in resolving phone, email andremote enquiries from our IT and Telecoms customers.
You may currently be working within a technicalsupport capacity, and ideally youll have a solid understanding of network terminology e.g., WAN, LANetc. but as much as your technicalskills count, your ability to work unsupervised & under pressure areimportant along with your analytical, numerical, literacy and prioritisationskills.

IDEALLY, YOULL HAVE EXPERIENCE OF:
- Windows 7-11Administration, troubleshooting and Support.
- Active DirectoryAdministration
- Office 365Administration
- BasicAdministration of Servers and mobile email technologies.
- Strongcommunication and customer service skills.
- Ability to quicklylearn new applications and technologies.
