Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on first party insurance coverage matters
- Handle insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in state and federal court proceedings
- Manage a caseload and handle all aspects of litigation
