FIS Treasury Techno-Functional consultant

• Providing customization and technical support to teams within the organization.
• Assisting with systems integrations, configuration & Reporting
• Responsible for installing, configuring, and administering application servers.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
• Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
• Developing reports for teams across the business
• Working in an applications production support/application development environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in a related technical or business area (FIS treasury)
• +4 years of experience in the same position
• Availability to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Project Management skill is an Asset

• Possess detailed knowledge of multiple systems
• Understanding of the functionality for these systems to troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure issues.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and HTML/CSS.
• Application support analyst
• Ability to work with effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and customer support duties
• Provide customer support and deal with escalated customer issues.
• Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize work, and adapt during pressured situations
