As the Fiscal Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through:
- Establish accounting procedures, maintain accounting records and to provide appropriate documentation for transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements for the Central office and Board of Directors
- Prepare and analyze budgets and reports for all funding sources, including total agency budget on an ongoing basis
- Assist Executive Director in financial management, planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Prepare and analyze audit information for annual audit and CFR
- Cash management and reconciliation
- Ensure the safety and confidentiality of accounting records
Fiscal Director Minimum Salary: $65,000
Fiscal Director Maximum Salary: $68,000
Fiscal Director Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 - 4 (35 hrs/week)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience (preferred)
- Supervisory experience is preferred
