- Learn the skill of fish filleter: Receive comprehensive training in fish preparation, filleting, scaling, and handling to ensure the highest quality seafood products for our customers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers, providing expert advice on seafood selection, cooking methods, and recipe ideas. Develop strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clientele.
- Maintain Clean and Organized Workspaces: Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, keeping work areas clean and ensuring proper storage and rotation of seafood products.
- Assist in Inventory Management: Learn inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering processes to ensure a fresh and diverse selection of seafood products.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with experienced fishmongers and kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Stay Informed about Seafood Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and sustainable practices in the seafood market.
