Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership’s operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, fostering a culture of character, integrity, and strong leadership. We are the first Fisker Dealer Partner in the country and we are looking to be the number 1 retailer of Fisker in the country.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Automotive General Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
- Financial acumen and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to ethical business practices.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments within the dealership.
- Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Foster a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability among all team members.
- Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and dealership operations to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and uphold the highest ethical standards in all dealings.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute long-term business plans.
