THE ROLE

A critical part of this role is to ensure consistency in our fit and blocks across our business, as the Castore fit model you will fit and comments on the product comfort, performance and quality, being the voice of our customer base.
In addition to this you will aid the technical and buying teams in administration tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete fittings with the PD and technical teams
• Provide constructive feedback regarding the fit, comfort and quality of the garments during the fit sessions
• Be part of any wearer trials, giving feedback on performance, quality and fit over a prolonged period of time.
• Maintain body measurements to ensure that fits are accurate and consistent.
• Provide administrative tasks within the technical and development teams.
• Responsible for the collection and delivery of all parcels within the product department.
• Send all parcels and keep a log to monitor costs.
• Create and maintain the digital and physical trim library for all business units, ensuring that all information is up to date and correct.
• Keep block and fabric libraries both digital and physical up to date with correct information whilst ensuring for the fabric library all actual qualities are the most up to date.
• Critical Path gate keeper. Keep all calendars for the technical team up to date to ensure that all colleagues are aware of critical dates.
• Own the fit log to review the amount of product that needs completing each day, liaise with the PD team and Block/ fit manager to plan and coordinate times for fit sessions
• Co-ordinate all sample sales for the product team including adding to the fit log
• Be a role model, maintaining a positive attitude and support the broader team.
• Contribute to protection of Castore’s intellectual property.
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks as required by your line manager.
