We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fit-Out Engineer to join our team and lead our projects to success.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in the UAE fit-out or interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works, MEP coordination, and finishing details.
• Familiarity with local building codes and authority approval processes (DM, DCD, DEWA).
• Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

As a Fit-Out Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Project Management:
• Oversee and manage fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
• Site Supervision:
• Monitor on-site activities and ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Design Coordination:
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and provide technical input for execution.
• Verify shop drawings and ensure their approval by relevant authorities.
• Procurement and Material Management:
• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery.
• Inspect materials delivered to the site to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Technical Expertise:
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide effective solutions to challenges during the construction process.
• Authority Approvals:
• Manage the submission and approval process with local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.).
• Progress Reporting:
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the project manager or senior management.
