INDUSTRY: INTERIOR DESIGN / FIT-OUT

We are looking for an experienced Fitout Estimator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in fit-out estimation within the interior design industry. If you’re passionate about creating high-quality, functional spaces and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out estimation, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s building codes and regulations is a plus.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects including labor, materials, and other associated costs.
• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine accurate estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to gather relevant pricing and project requirements.
• Analyze cost implications of various design options and provide value engineering solutions.
• Assist in procurement processes and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and update project costings as required.
• Provide regular reports on project costs and adjustments.
