Experience world class personal and professional development with this coaching position.
As a Body Fit Training Coach, you will be an integral part in making members feel welcome the moment they step foot in our studios, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50 minute workouts.

You will have/be:

• Experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor/coach
• A Certificate IV in Personal Training or Certificate III in Group Fitness
• Experience in a similar role (preferable not essential)
• An aspiration to create a positive and vibrant culture within the club
• Experience in coaching strength and conditioning in a group environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Confident to talk to a wide variety of people
• Highly motivated, optimistic with a can-do attitude
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills
• High level of integrity

• MUST have availability to coach Tuesdays (pm), Thursdays (pm) and Saturday (am) at a minimum

  We incorporate scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by highly accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.
  High levels of visual content showcasing BFT’s programs are shown on multiple digital displays throughout the studio and allow coaches to spend more time concentrating on members!
