To provide an added value service through operating the gym and health club facilities ensuring a high level of cleanliness.
To provide guidance to the members on the correct, safe use of the equipment and facilities and write programs when needed, ensuring conditions and facilities of the gym are reaching the required standard at all times.
Promote the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency in terms of operations and develop and reinforce policies and procedures of the fitness center.
Identifies and reports hazards and maintenance requirements in the work place immediately to the Senior PT. Checks all areas on a daily basis ensuring they are safe, clean and fit for guests use.
Meet end greets members when they arrive in the gym and informs the Personal Trainers where the client is waiting for them.
Conducts fitness consultations for new clients to assess and recommend personal training programs.
Inducts and supervises members in the correct use of Gym equipment and monitors and instructs gym users on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000 per month up to AED 4,326 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
fitness instructor: 1 year (Preferred)
