JOB SUMMARY:

• Organize exercise programs to assist in maintaining, reaching, and improving the fitness goals of clients.

• At least 3-5 years of extensive Customer service background as a Fitness instructor preferably in a Hospitality setting.

Fitness Instructor:

• Supports the development and delivery of fitness programs and activities.
• Helps clients reach their fitness goals and have a passion, motivation, and drive for wellness, fitness, and health.
• Responsible for accurately assessing members at the start of class and developing their fitness levels.
• Creates and offers fitness activities but not limited to Yoga, Aerobics, Spin, Indoor cycling, Core, Zumba and HIIT, and group fitness scheduled classes.
• Develops and enhances exercise programs to cater clients needs.
• Guiding clients and patrons on the proper and safe usage of fitness equipment.
• Ability to officiate games such as Badminton, Soccer, Volleyball,andBasketball etc.
• Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Fitness Management:

• Maintains and manages Fitness services on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitors headcount and fitness activities or programs.
• Handles client fitness concerns and requests.
• Keeps an updated bulletin board, TV display, or Marketing materials to keep clients abreast with current fitness events or activities.
• Monitors fitness equipment are organized and re-rack in its designated areas after client usage.
• Monitors proper and routine sanitization is observed after usage of fitness equipment.
• Ensures fitness equipment PPMs and routine maintenance are being conducted.
• Oversee local national fitness staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
