Description:
An exciting opportunity now exists for an ambitious Fitness Instructor at Hodson Bay Hotel.
This is a part-time role, however, the ideal candidate would be flexible to work midweek & weekends.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in teaching gym classes
- Previous experience in teaching Aqua Aerobics
- Previous experience in instructing swimming lessons
- Previous experience of working in a customer care environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Qualified Lifeguard (desirable)
- Qualified First Aider (preferred)
- Previous experience of Pool Plant (desired)
Responsibilities:
- To offer the highest level of guest service in the Leisure Club, ensuring the 4* agreed standards are achieved at all times
- Deliver Gym Inductions - demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment
- Deliver group exercise classes and workshops
- Instruct swim lessons
- Develop personal exercise and diet plans
- Promote and give wellness advices
- To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the Leisure Club
- Carry out Reception duties and deliver a high level of customer care
- To be responsible for the health & safety of all guests and visitors to the Leisure Club
- To operate machinery and care for it as necessary, ensuring adherence to Health & safety procedures
- To carry out the Hotels customer relations policy and to communicate Hotel services to guests
