Are you passionate about fitness and community engagement? Thinking Schools Academy Trust is looking for a dedicated Fitness & Lettings Officer to join our team within our Chatham Hub.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fitness Supervision: Oversee gym activities, ensure safe equipment use, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Lettings Management: Manage club and group bookings, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, handle enquiries, and promote our services.
• Operational Duties: Oversee Health and Safety, monitor site entry, and manage daily operations including opening and closing the facility.
