We are seeking an experienced and highly mo vated
individual for the posi on of Fitness Technician and Fitness
Monitor for the Salmo Recrea on Department!
Both the Fitness Technician & Monitor are part of the
Customer Service Team at the Salmo and District Recrea on
Center. Du es include: performing various func ons to
support the opera on of the Fitness Center, providing a high
level of service and proac vely monitoring the fitness center
for cleanliness and safety of all patrons.

AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrated team work, leadership
abili es, and ability to work with mini-
mal supervision
Demonstrated ability to communicate
effec vely with supervisor, co-
workers and members of the public
Demonstrated ability to effec vely
follow emergency procedures
Demonstrated ability to provide an
excep onal level of customer service
Strong inter-personal skills
Ability to demonstrate ini a ve and
self-mo va on
High standard for cleaning;
general maintenance of the
fitness centre area and
equipment.
Client focused; high level of
customer service & interper-
sonal skills
Standard First Aid with CPR C
$17.40/hour + 4% in lieu of
benefits will be added to each
pay chequ
