Team overview:
Fixed Costs Controller that will report to the Fixed Costs Controller & Reporting Specialist and will be part of the PowerLink Finance team, based in Milano.
The candidate will be in charge in supporting all the controlling activities related to reporting and fixed costs controlling.
Job responsibilities:

In particular, he/she will support the following activities:

  • Deployment and maintenance of monthly reporting (P&L, BS and cashflow)
  • Periodic Analysis and explanation of the fixed costs
  • Periodic reporting of labor cost and HC
  • Coordinate/support the responses to the external auditors for controlling
  • Preparation of period reporting to the management also with benchmark with competitors
  • Preparation of the periodical reporting for Transmission business unit
  • Coordination of the activities related to the monthly closure of the legal entity

Key requirements:

  • Recent graduated or max 2 years’ experience
  • Master’s degree in economics, Accounting or Management Engineering
  • Knowledge of SAP, in particular the modules FI/CO/PS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency English knowledge, both written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with focus on the details.
  • Flexibility and ability to work within a team, under pressure and with several deadlines.
