Description:

We are looking for a new colleague to assist the Investment Manager with macroeconomic analysis, enabling informed and strategic decision-making in the management of our pension fund portfolios.

By joining our Investment team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Play a valuable role by conducting macroeconomic analysis, creating forecasts, and shaping investment strategies through insightful research and up-to-date outlooks on global trends. Formal experience in this field will be a plus.
  • Dive into corporate credit analysis, evaluating and monitoring issuer dynamics, spreads, and ratings within our pension portfolios.
  • Provide recommendations on portfolio positioning and actively engage in investment decision-making.
  • Be involved in executing fixed income trading efficiently, while monitoring risk limits to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Make an impact by implementing your ideas and improving investment processes, ultimately contributing to the success of the largest local private pension funds.

In order to be successful in this role, we consider important that you have:

  • Good knowledge of macroeconomic and credit risk analysis
  • Higher education in Economics; CFA enrollment is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years in investment management, treasury or a capital markets related field
  • CEE expertise is a plus
  • Communication abilities (Romanian and English)
  • Extensive knowledge of financial instruments, FX and fixed income markets
  • Demonstrate integrity and strong work ethics
  • Initiative and decision-making ability

The monthly salary range for the Fixed Income Analyst role is between 14000 - 24000 lei gross.
