QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Mechanical Fitter Trade qualification
- Experience in Fixed Plant maintenance, including crushing, grinding, screening, and pumping
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Passion for leading and motivating a team to achieve high performance
Responsibilities:
- Promote Zero Harm principles with risk assessments and hazard controls
- Complete maintenance tasks on schedule, focusing on high standards and continuous improvement
- Conduct maintenance inspections and audits within set timeframes
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Ore Processing Facility equipment
- Take on leading hand responsibilities to ensure the maintenance team are performing efficiently
- Use of SAP to determine material availability
- Comply with company procedures, policies and life saving choices at all times
