Description:

OVERVIEW:

The BLUE PRISM Developer / RPA Analyst will be based on a hybrid basis from either our central London office or our city centre office in Leeds , so you’ll need to be within a commutable distance of one of these locations.
This is a 12-month, fixed term role to leverage advanced automation technologies. The role entails designing, developing and maintaining automated processes, collaborating with a wide range of cross-functional teams and staying at the forefront of RPA advancements which will enable us to achieve our automation objectives.
The BLUE PRISM Developer / RPA Analyst will contribute significantly to the optimisation of business processes, cost reduction and improved customer experiences whilst ensuring the robustness and reliability of automated workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Blue Prism , with programming / coding experience (especially using Python)
  • Proven ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders across the business and technology domains
  • Excellent critical thinking, reasoning and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience documenting requirements, use-case, process engineering and process improvement
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and negotiate
  • Some experience of coding in a programming language would be highly valued, for example VBA, Python or Java, in addition to knowledge of SQL and Excel
  • An understanding of MI Reporting and ETL/ELT technologies, i.e. the capacity to learn Power BI and Alteryx
  • A strong customer service ethic, flexible, proactive and highly self-motivated
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders at all level
