We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our retail team as an Online Fulfilment Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, packaging items for shipment, and ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and on time. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred
• Familiarity with online order processing systems and shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
