Description:

OVERVIEW:

The RPA Analyst will be based on a hybrid basis from either our central London office or our city centre office in Leeds , so you’ll need to be within a commutable distance of one of these locations.
This is a 12-month, fixed term role to leverage advanced automation technologies. The role entails designing, developing and maintaining automated processes, collaborating with a wide range of cross-functional teams and staying at the forefront of RPA advancements which will enable us to achieve our automation objectives.
The RPA Analyst will contribute significantly to the optimisation of business processes, cost reduction and improved customer experiences whilst ensuring the robustness and reliability of automated workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Blue Prism, with programming / coding experience (especially using Python)
  • Proven ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders across the business and technology domains
  • Excellent critical thinking, reasoning and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience documenting requirements, use-case, process engineering and process improvement
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and negotiate
  • Some experience of coding in a programming language would be highly valued, for example VBA, Python or Java, in addition to knowledge of SQL and Excel
  • An understanding of MI Reporting and ETL/ELT technologies, i.e. the capacity to learn Power BI and Alteryx
  • A strong customer service ethic, flexible, proactive and highly self-motivated
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders at all level
