Description:
Are you an experienced and entrepreneurial Client Advisor with a passion for Visual Merchandising looking for a new challenge? We’re seeking an In-Store Visual Merchandiser for our team at Copenhagen Flagship Store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will collaborate with your team to create a seamless, personalized, and engaging environment for our customers, while maintaining our brand identity. Together with the Customer Experience & Activation Manager and Visual Merchandiser, you will work to establish a brand-right experience that fosters a sense of community within J.Lindeberg.
As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser you have the overall responsibility for the look and visual presence of the store. Additionally you will have the responsibility to give best in class service to our customers, increase consumers knowledge of the brand, it’s styles and for the increase of instore sales.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES: IN-STORE VM
- Implement and maintain all visual merchandising activities and guidelines for the Store created by the HQ visual team
- Securing that the store generates sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Work closely together with the Store Manager to find creative solutions on how to activate products to optimize sales
- Give input and feedback to the HQ visual team for continuous improvements of the store´s visual layout
- Maintain that the store is up to date with current standards set by the HQ Visual Team and secure that the store is reflecting the brand image
- Help and give support/service to our customers at all times/when needed.
- Analyzing the sales figures and article report and take required actions.
- Administrative duties such as inventories and the stock value.
RESPONSIBILITIES: CLIENT ADVISOR
- Act as a Client Advisor in-store, focusing on clientelling and providing exceptional service.
- Drive the store to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets by proactively responding to P&L data and implementing strategies for a healthy business.
- Maintain the store’s visual appearance according to the brand’s standards, and collaborate with the Customer Experience & Activation Manager to organize in-store activations.
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and organization in the store and stockroom, oversee stock takes, and manage daily operations, including stock delivery, returns, customer experience, and omnichannel procedures.
