Flange Management Inspector

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:

• Monitoring of adequate implementation and performance of inspection Tests Plans (ITP’s) by Subcontractors.
• Develop and monitoring of Non Conformance reports (NCR’s).
• Monitoring and verification of Corrective actions applied (CAR’s).
• Assure that is maintained up-to-date inspection record files. Verify the documents for completeness and initiate corrective actions if required through the field superintendent.
• Teach to people involved in training program the knowledge assign to the respective disciplines.
• Provide assistance to discipline superintendents and supervisors on interpretation of qualityrequirements.
• Assist the project field engineer in day-to-day quality control and assurance matters.
• Assist the pre-commissioning team in the definition of the pre-commissioning systems and thepreparation of detailed component lists for each system.
• Assist the field scheduling engineers in the preparation of pre-commissioning schedules and the followup on progress in pre-commissioning.
• Maintain up-to-date status on test and inspections performed.
• Prepare the specific data/ report from their activity/ area in order to be included in the Monthly Quality Report.
• Compiles and reviews the documentation that shall be included in the ‘Final Quality Dossier’ for thedifferent work units.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years relevant experience in similar field
