Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all activities in department to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Manage the staff within the department as required.
- Oversee the department to ensure all aspects of the Admin Department are carried out correctly, for leases, monthly invoices, PCN processing, in-life vehicle administration, insurance claims, vehicles off road, out of programme vehicles, defleets, invoicing, settlements and vehicles added to HPI.
- Handle high level queries from Licensees and buyback dealers.
- To attend senior management meetings as required and present Fleet Admin information as requested.
- Check and Sign off supplier non vehicle invoices, e.g. excess rental invoices.
- Check and post used vehicle sales invoices, buyback and risk vehicles.
- Check and reconcile monthly VRB information from Manufacturers.
- Check and sign off credit notes and purchase orders, within the agreed parameters.
- Run reports on a monthly basis to ensure that funder details are contained on the fleet system.
- Produce disposal information and cash in vehicle information for Funder
