POSITION DESCRIPTION - FLEET ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

  • Use of corporate technology including Microsoft Office suite of desktop applications and
    systems in electronic document management, management, finance, customer requests,

asset management and intranet.

  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of modern fleet management and maintenance

practices is desirable.

  • Demonstrated behavior consistent with the corporate values.

  • ensuring efficient, cost effective and customer focused administration of Fleet

management processes to a best practice standard.

  • providing high level customer service by ensuring effective liaison with, and support to,

internal customers.

OTHER CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE ROLE

• Must hold a valid, full (unrestricted) driver’s license in accordance with South Australian
requirements.
