Description:

Sarens Projects is for the upcoming 3 years involved in a huge industrial building project, located in Antwerp harbor region. On the project site, we will deliver all kinds of hoisting services, as from the smallest lift till the biggest load-out, in a safe, qualitative and efficient way. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we are looking for a fleet administrator to help manage the project.

PROFILE

We are looking for a communicative fleet administrator. A proactive team player with some technical background . Someone with a ‘getting things done’ mentality , preferring today to tomorrow. You look for efficient solution s and are a whiz at planning. You are collegial and like to support and help colleagues where necessary. You communicate clearly to colleagues and external partners.

The profile requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or secondary diploma with relevant work experience
  • Do you have a technical degree ? Then this is a great asset!
  • Experience as a technical administrator or similar environment.
  • Fluent with computer software
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Able to organize your work independently without fear of multitasking
  • Strong communication skills: English = excellent knowledge; Dutch, Spanish and Italian = plus
