We are actively seeking an Operations and Fleet Administrator (OFA) to join our head office in Prince George. In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key player in this fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative support to our dynamic operations team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years experience in an industrial office environment or a combination of schooling (i.e., associate degree or certificate) and experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Excel summaries and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Familiarity with operations and fleet management concepts is an asset.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse personalities and adapt communication styles accordingly.
- Demonstrated capability to navigate challenging situations with tact and professionalism, maintaining composure and impartiality in high-pressure environments.
- Comfortable using various software and platforms for data entry. (SALUS and Microsoft Dynamics Nav are considered assets)

Responsibilities:
- Front office management - greet/register visitors and notify the appropriate parties of their arrival.
- Calendar and appointment management for operations staff
- Assist Operations and Fleet team with insurance documentation where required.
- Rental vehicle information management
- Ensuring the proper handling of maintenance records.
- Continuously tracking fleet and updating operations board.
- Provide project managers with maintenance records when requested.
- Tracking kilometers for Health, Safety and Environment department.
- Assist in ensuring all capital assets are accounted for, and location/condition is documented for reference.
- General administrative duties as assigned/required.
