Responsibilities:

  • Support Director of Fleet, Fleet Managers, and Field in facilitating requests.
  • Arrange and monitor Fleet Transport. Take receipt of incoming transport, be present for outgoing transport.
  • Coordination and status ownership for new business vehicle deployment with Fleet Managers and Director of Fleet
  • Manage Status/Track BHP Fleet Inventory:
  • Inspect newly vehicles from upfitter into inventory. Upon receipt fix and recoup money for errors/omissions.
  • Coordinate with Upfitters where necessary to ensure working equipment.
  • Transport and take receipt of vehicles that enter inventory from field, condition for redeployment
  • Continual QA on equipment. Ensure quality conditions in anticipation of redeployment, start/drive frequently
  • Set appointments and drive vehicles to and from local shops, resolve issues
  • QA Inspection before vehicles deployed to site
  • Own local fleet vendor relationships for aftermarket equipment, maintenance, and body work appointments
  • Help handle ad hoc (both immediate and short notice) requests.
  • Inventory Management and supply facilitation when necessary (decals, magnets, lightbars, stickers).
  • BHP management/shuffling local fleet, supplies, boxes, inventory, C-Suite requests.
  • Potentially forward deploy for large scale Team insertions.
  • This role will require some after-hours or weekend work, in addition to working outside in varying conditions
