Description:

John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC is recruiting a Fleet & Commercial Account Manager. This is an outside sales position that is remote and office based and includes travel requirements, with a territory focused on the Southern Ontario & Niagara region. Reporting directly to the Fleet/Leasing Sales Manager, the focus of this role is to develop new and increase existing fleet and commercial vehicle sales and leasing to prospective fleet customers with various fleet sizes.
Additionally, to represent the John Bear Automotive Group’s ability to provide sales, service, parts, up fitting and accessories to potential fleet operators in the market area.

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Current and unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and analytical skills, and prior outside sales experience (with documented success) are integral to the success of the incumbent.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while being responsive to the requests and direction of the Fleet/Leasing Sales Manager is critical.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
