The Opportunity
We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage the maintenance, operation and logistics of our company’s plant equipment and fleet of vehicles.
Reporting to the Fleet & Facilities Manager, you will support the company by assisting in the safe and efficient operation of CPP’s New South Wales warehouse and facilities, including storage, maintenance and recording of the company’s assets and equipment.

About You

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Ensuring all goods, materials and hazardous chemicles are delivered and stored as per appropriate WHSE regulations and company policies
  • Coordination and maintenance of company construction stock items
  • Assist with the maintenance / service requirements of facilities sand update associated registers
  • Organisation of equipment and asset management, including motor vehicles, crane trucks, trailers, EWPS and shipping containers
  • Maintaining registration of all fleet
  • Coordination of booking repair agents
  • Maintaining warehouse and yard organisation

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL POSSESS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role managing plant, equipment, assets and fleet
  • Knowledge of maintaining related assets and equipment
  • Intermediate to advanced level of competency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Full Driver’s License required
