Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacement.
- Coordinate fuel management, optimize fuel efficiency.
- Develop and implement fleet policies, procedures.
- Supervise fleet staff, drivers, and maintenance personnel.
- Analyze fleet performance metrics, identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage fleet budget, optimize costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 5-10 years of fleet management experience.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
