• Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop optimal driver schedules to enhance productivity.
• Ensure adherence to relevant traffic laws and regulations.
• Develop strategies to improve fuel efficiency in deployments.
• Manage fleet and personnel effectively.
• Monitor driver performance to uphold high customer service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, routing, maintenance, and tracking of company vehicles.
• Evaluate fleet operations for effectiveness.
• Utilize data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement and enforce transportation schedules, SOPs, and policy changes.
• Maintain discipline among fleet personnel, particularly drivers needing efficiency improvement.
