EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree or relevant experience in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Background in operations management, ideally in fleet management, logistics, or urban mobility.
- Strong understanding of fleet-related KPIs, including utilisation rates, cost control, and team performance.
- Experience managing operations at a city or regional level, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Proficiency in operational and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
The Fleet Operations Manager leads operations across multiple cities, ensuring optimal vehicle availability and performance. This role oversees teams, fleet logistics, warehouses, and charging infrastructure to meet consumer demand. By driving efficiency, optimizing KPIs, and making data-driven decisions, the manager balances cost reduction with revenue growth, playing a key role in scaling the business sustainably. The manager works closely with their team of Supervisors in each location, as well as with the General Manager and other regional Fleet or City Managers across the UK.
