Description:

Emeco Group (ASX: EHL) was founded in 1972 and is a world leader in maximising the performance of heavy earthmoving equipment. It has operations in all key mining regions of Australia and its customers include mining companies and contractors across coal, gold, copper, bauxite and iron ore.
We’re on the hunt for a Fleet Performance and Training Analyst to join our growing IT team. We are looking for someone who has a comprehensive understanding of the AMT system enabling the successful candidate to provide technical support and training to site based personnel.

The Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the AMT system which includes reviewing invalid and correct SMU entries, and interface errors.
  • Review process asset import reports to identify errors from GP, new assets, or asset conversions.
  • Create new assets, Rental status updates and strategy task associations.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness within the AMT system.
  • Offer technical support to users encountering issues with the CMMS in real time and by the AMT Support email account, to ensure correct operational use.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operational teams to address performance gaps.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the CMMS functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities align with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate and review training material for system upgrades when required.
  • Performs Client upgrades and testing when required.
  • Assist with the transition to AMT 2.0
  • Management of DMS and AMT Library document control.
  • Design and develop training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and presentations for core business systems such as AMT (CMMS)
  • Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and user groups within Emeco.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at various levels.

Your Credentials:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technology training role OR Asset Management related role
  • Proven experience in training users on business systems such as AMT, PowerBI, and MyOSH.
  • Communication Skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain seemingly complex technical processes in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Training and Facilitation Skills:
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Problem-Solving; Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • High level of patience and project facing empathy.
  • Capability of Traveling on a national scale is a must
