The Long Term Planning Coordinator Fleet Renewal supports the introduction of A/C into the European DHL fleet, supports extensive modification programs of the existing fleet and supports global fleet replacement programs on request.

• Technical and administrative support during the phase-in of aircraft
• Set up of the phase-in bridging check packages
• Generate pre-load material lists for the phase-in bridging check for the logistic department
• Create work orders for last performed checks to generate historical entries within TRAX
• TRAX removal and installation of parts during the phase-in bridging check
• Daily monitoring of the forecast during the integration of the A/C
• Input of required data into Maintenance Software system (Closing of single work orders and work packages)
• Final control of the performed work packages for completeness and archiving
• Generate technical reports
